1. Who runs this project

The REVIVE 3:15 project is run by Daniel Valvoda and Jan Braniš as a pre-launch initiative. At the time of this privacy policy, REVIVE 3:15 is not yet a registered business — we are preparing to launch our first drop. Once we register a business, this policy will be updated to reflect the legal entity.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the following personal data:

• Phone number (with country code prefix) — you provide this voluntarily by filling out the waitlist form.
• Country (in the "country request" form) — only the country name you select, no other personal data.

We do not collect: your name, email address, IP address, location data, browsing behavior, cookies for tracking, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. Why we collect it (purpose & legal basis)

Your phone number is processed for the sole purpose of notifying you when our first product drop becomes available. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form.

Country request data is used to understand which markets we should expand shipping to in the future.

4. How long we keep it

Your phone number is stored for a maximum of 12 months from submission, or until our drop is fulfilled — whichever comes first. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

5. Who processes the data (third parties)

Submitted data is stored using Formspree, Inc., a form-handling service based in the United States. Transfer of data to a non-EU country is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for international data transfers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party. Ever.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erase ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your data at any time.
• Restrict — limit how we use your data.
• Object — object to processing of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email therevive315@gmail.com with your phone number and the country code you used to sign up. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have processed your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů — ÚOOÚ) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

8. Age limit

You must be at least 16 years old to provide your phone number. If you are under 16, please do not submit the form — ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us at therevive315@gmail.com.

9. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use any cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. Your visit is anonymous. We don't know who you are until you choose to submit the waitlist form.

10. Security

Data transfer between your device and our form-handling service is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Formspree, as our processor, applies industry-standard security practices to data at rest. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time — for example, when we register a business or change our data-handling practices. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be announced via the same channel you used to sign up.
